  Transferts betwenn Raiatea to Tahaa

Taha’a does not have an airport, hence you may arrive at the airport of Raiatea where you have a 35min. journey to reach Taha’a.

Two options are available to you :

• Navette: Adult 650 F XPF Single
                          Child 350 F XPF Single

From the airport take a taxi (1000 XPF, 8 euros) to the navette quay in Uturoa, with boats for Taha’a; possible Monday through Saturday, except on public holidays.
The name of the navette is the Tamarii Tahaa 1 (colour blue and white)

Departs Uturoa:
9.30 AM and 15.15 PM outside school term time
9.30 AM and 16.45 PM during school term time.

In order to use this transport; your aeroplane needs to land at Raiatea on or before 9.30am in the morning or on or before 15.30pm in the afternoon.

Disembark at Tapuamu on Taha’a where we will meet you.

Do not forget to ask that the boat is definitely bound for Taha’a and will stop at Tapuamu near the Total petrol station.

Returns Uturoa:
05.30 am and 11.00AM

• Taxi-Boat: 3500 F XPF per person single.

The taxi-boat captain will collect you at the airport at the baggage collection area and take you to Taha’a.

Once you have arrived at Raiatea, a taxiboat will collect you directly from the airport.  You will take approximately 20 minutes to reach their guesthouse on the island of Taha’a and the dolphins will perhaps greet you on the way.  We hope you will have an agreeable stay on Taha’a, the Vanilla Island.
