The following excursions are offered uniquely through the FLO tariffs.

VANNILLA VALLEY

A visit to the vanilla plantation of Llana and Brian; where they will explain to you the function of vanilla, a cultural vocation, in their valley of wild nature.
A welcome fruit cocktail will be offered at the end of your visit and you can purchase vanilla powder, essence or pods and other vanilla based products such as vanilla olive oil and vanilla body milk.





4x4 Island TOUR
 
On an island tour by 4x4, you will discover the luxuriant vegetation and beauty of the wild flowers, with different stops to allow you to savour this authentic island.





MOTU PICNIC

Picnic on a motu reputed for its coral garden, where it will be a pleasure to guide you to observe the different species and inform you of the protection of this fragile environment.
We take care in accordance with the Ministry of the Environment in order to form an association for the protection of this coral garden,




PEARL FARM VISIT

Come and discover the art of the graft and the oysters containing the famous black pearls of Tahiti.




HAWAIKINUI VA'A - The Race

At the end of October every year there is the largest pirogue race in Polynesia.  Tens of pirogues battle in high seas for the title of the best team of the year.
The island of Tahaa welcomes two out of four stages of the race; the Au Phil du Temps guesthouse is ideally located to assist in this major sporting event.
We follow the course by boat according to the weather or in 4x4 up to the North of the Island.

You can go on a walk, from 1km of the guesthouse; to a botanic garden with two rivers, kept and managed by the Mairie of Taha’a or visit a fish park in the lagoon.
